Terms of Service

1. The Service

allslips reads payment slip images posted in LINE groups linked to your account, extracts payment details, and records them in a spreadsheet you connect (Google Sheets or Microsoft 365), together with an admin dashboard.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including the LINE groups you link and the people who post in them.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to share the slip images and personal data posted in your linked LINE groups, and that you have informed the people concerned where required by law.

Automatic reading (OCR) may contain errors. You are responsible for checking results before relying on them for accounting, tax or any other purpose.

4. Plans, fees and payment

The Service is offered on monthly plans with a monthly slip allowance, plus optional top-up packs. Fees are shown in Thai Baht and invoiced monthly. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice.

When the monthly allowance is reached, new slips are not read until a top-up pack is purchased or the next month begins.

We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from the next billing month.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that remain unpaid after the due date or that violate these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to process documents you are not authorized to process, or in a way that disrupts or attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

7. Your data

You keep ownership of your data. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Spreadsheets and files written to your Google or Microsoft account remain in your account.

8. Availability and disclaimer

We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Service depends on third-party platforms (such as LINE, Google and Microsoft) that we do not control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify account admins of material changes by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
