This Privacy Policy explains how Yossavadee Tanizawa ("we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you use allslips. We handle personal data in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
1. Data we collect
Admin account data: name, email address and login information.
Business data: business name, registered bank account details used for recipient checks, and settings.
LINE data: LINE group IDs and names, and the LINE user ID, display name and profile picture of people who post slips in linked groups.
Slip data: slip images and the details read from them (date, amount, sender and recipient names, bank and account numbers, reference numbers).
Integration data: references to the spreadsheet and folder you connect, and encrypted access tokens for your Google or Microsoft account.
Usage and technical data: number of slips read, logs, IP address and browser information.
2. How we use data
To provide the Service: read slips, record them in your spreadsheet, show them in the dashboard, check recipients, and send LINE replies.
To bill you, provide support, keep the Service secure, and comply with legal obligations.
To improve reading accuracy, using correction logs (you can opt out in the dashboard).
3. Service providers
We share data only with providers needed to run the Service: LINE (messaging), Anthropic and Google Cloud (slip image reading), Google and Microsoft (your connected spreadsheet and storage), Cloudflare (hosting and security), and our payment processors. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you archive slip images to your own Google Drive or OneDrive, we delete our copy after upload. Correction logs are kept for up to 1 year and audit logs for up to 3 years. After account closure, we delete or anonymize data unless we must keep it by law.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access tokens for connected accounts are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is limited to the operator.
6. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to, correction, deletion or transfer of your personal data, and object to or restrict its processing. Contact us at the email below.
